Haha, as opposed to Gun's N' Roses, who are over 10 years and no one particularly cares. Oh and the Ozzy Osbourne artwork is awesome, can't wait for the record. The song's ok, but it a little derivative of almost everyone. which is ok since everyone copied Ozzy first.

Best since No More Tears? I dunno. Randy Castillo, while far from the best metal drummer, was key in the making of that album, and if this single is any indicator, the drumming is VERY plain. Sure, this single has the violin going, but this is far from Zakk's best riff/solo. No every other song sounds like "Facing Hell" over and over again.

... Bitching aside, though, who cares, it's Ozzy, and it's better than 90% of the CD releases joining this one.

I'm not too fond of Zakk's over-use of pinch harmonics, but Ozzy's vocals are better than the last album. Not to mention the song is really catchy. It has a cool solo as well. I'm gonna definitely pick this one up.

Dude, get a grip, and yes it is 10 songs more than I ever wrote. But I am a consumer who buys it. My expectations are pretty high with the name OZZY. I love all his stuff and have bought everything he has put out and will buy this one too. I have gone to several of his shows including one not long after the death of Rhoads when he used a fillin from Night Ranger. Dont be bustin on me. I should reserve judgement for when it comes out. Maybe it will be like the latest Iron Maiden and clock in at 68 minutes or more. I have much respect for the Oz man.

I have to agree with the fact that his newer songs do sound like Facing Hell. That was a very good song and all, but I think ozzy needs to get a new sound going for him. But, that it seems that died with Randy. As for Zakk, ofcourse he is amazing. Great guitarist, but you can't deny the simple fact that he does use pinch harm too much. At one point, he does at least one every five seconds in the chorus. Does it get annyoing, absolutely.

As for the artwork, amazing.

In regards to the rest of the album, I just want to hear a different sound, that's all. Don't want pinch harmonics, and I don't want Facing Hell running through my mind when I listen to it.

Ofcourse everything ozzy brings out is amazing, so this should be just as good.

whats wrong with bls and vr? They are 10 times better than half the bands out there right now. I personally am looking forward to this album and VR's Libertad. They both with be big releases...and both of the album arts are amazing for those albums.

The single is fairly solid. It's not that great though. To be honest, I think Ozzy's partnership with Zakk needs to end. The best stuff Ozzy put out was Blizzard, Diary, Ultimate Sin, and No More Tears.

To my ears, the best Ozzy (and best heavy metal) material is based around more classically-influenced, interesting riffs à la You Can't Kill Rock and Roll, I Don't Know, and Killer of Giants. Zakk's southern-rock having sex with Black Sabbath riff rock sound is alright, but certainly isn't setting the world on fire.

Everytime there is an article about 'whatever', all you can do is make as many put-down comments that you possibly can. A guitar players style is an expression of him/her and it shouldn't be subject to such rude and ignornant comments like the ones you post. Get a life. Zakk is a good guitarist with his own style and he doesn't deserve all your negative comments about pitch harmonics. Why don't you all upload a video of youself playing guitar(provide link) on UTube and we can all pick apart your playing. Your style is unique to you and you alone - whether you can play like Marty Friedman, Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, Yngvie, or the hardest song you can play is Happy Birthday. You shouldn't be so critical about others style and ability. We all started knowing nothing, and some of us have reached an acceptable ability to which we are comfortable with. Stop being so critical of others' style.
