Paramore have recruited former Nine Inch Nails and Lostprophets drummer Ilan Rubin for their new album.
"Ladies and Gentlemen, our drummer for the 4th album is Mr. Ilan Rubin," proclaimed the Paramore twitter feed on Friday.
The decision to hire Rubin was probably influenced by their current producer Justin Meldal-Johnsen, who played alongside the drummer in Nine Inch Nails.
Rubin had also joined
Angels And Airwaves this year, and continues to release his own music under the moniker
The New Regime.
Paramore will follow their recording sessions with their first show without founding members Zac and Josh Farro in Edinburgh, Scotland, before their headline appearances at the Reading and Leeds festivals in England. Zac Farro has since revealed his latest band HalfNoise.
