Andorran symphonic death metal band Persefone has inked a deal with Italy's Kolony Records. The group's third album, "Shin-Ken", will be released in early February 2010.
According to a press release, "Shin-Ken" "is based upon ancient Japanese war stories, and it's a tour de force [in] the melodic and symphonic death metal style that defines today's Persefone."
The CD was mixed and mastered in April 2009 at
Jailhouse studios in Horsens, Denmark by
Tommy Hansen.
