Queens Of The Stone Age: New Album Streming Online

Queens Of The Stone Age's new album, "Era Vulgaris", is available for streaming in its entirety at MuchMusic.com. Due on June 12, the CD follows up 2005's "Lullabies to Paralyze".

Queens Of The Stone Age's video for their new track "Sick, Sick, Sick" has been posted at Yahoo! Music. The clip was shot in the Los Angeles area with director Brett Simon (Sum 41, Lostprophets). The song is the first single off "Era Vulgaris".

Queens Of The Stone Age will visit primarily small markets this summer on their Duluth tour, which begins July 22 in Costa Mesa, Calif. The 13-date trek in support of "Era Vulgaris" will run through Aug. 11 in Oklahoma City.

"We want to play to people who hardly ever get shows and just burn the house down," Queens frontman Josh Homme tells Billboard.com of the outing, which will precede a major market run in September. "I think we're too stoked to not go deeper than we have before. It feels like the right time to go, 'Hey, man, sorry I'm late, but here we are.'"

It seems to me that all their new stuff I've heard (most of it) is either very good or intensely mediocre. I preferred Songs For The Dead and Lullabies to Paralyze. However, some of it is already growing on me (it probably all will), and I'll still see 'em live when they get round to coming over to the UK.

Idk, I like sick sick sick, but I guess I'm the only one. It sorta reminds me of a death from above 1979 song, whichj is awesome. Plus the lyrics are so random but funny like the "It's candy to cum to" part. I like all the songs I heard off the new album so far and it's gonna have a bit of everything by the looks of it.

In the u.k 3's and 7's is the lead single, and I gotta say that's classic queens of the stone age material in my opinion and the album's been getting good reviews so I dont see any reason to doubt.

I like Sick, Sick, Sick but the sound on this new album (yes, i have all their others) is much more raw and grainy, sounds more like an intense desert session that QOTSA. I still like it though, its different which is something not many bands pull off these days.

Dude idk what ur problem is QOTSA is the shit. Every album they have put out has been great, counting this one. Plus Josh Homme is a great guitarist and makes great music. QOTSA is by far one of the best bands i have ever heard.

Actually he and I got into a little scrap as he insisted on putting it on every time I left to get a drink/go to the bath room..
