The Verve have revealed that their long awaited new studio album will be entitled "Four."
The band's first album since 1997's "Urban Hymns" is due to be released on August 19th in US and on August 18th in the UK.
"Love Is Noise", the first song from the record, was previewed on the Zane Lowe show (BBC Radio 1) last night (June 23rd) and is currently available via the bands website or at this location.
Speaking of the single,
Lowe could be heard saying "
30 seconds in and I'm blown away!".
The announcement comes less than a week before the band's scheduled headlining appearance at the Glastonbury Festival.
The Verve, who reunited last year to record new material, will headline the event alongside Jay-Z and Kings of Leon.
