Trivium have revealed "Strife," the first official single from their new album "Vengeance Falls."
It's a solid production from producer David Draiman, with Trivium's trademark heavy guitar hooks but with an accessible edge, and a new twist on their production. Let us know if you like it after hearing "Strife" in the player below.
It's not the first time that some die-hard Trivium fans have heard the song - they've played it live, but this is the first time the studio version has been revealed.
Speaking in July, the band said they wanted to take their sound to the next level on the new album with help from new producer Draiman. "He really understood what we've built as a band over the last seven, eight years," said bassist Paulo Gregoletto, "and how important it is to really respect all of that and to keep that stuff that's made us Trivium, and just better it - bigger melodies, bigger hooks, bigger riffs, everything."
