U2: New Album Title Rumor

U2's forthcoming album will be called 'No Line On The Horizon', according to a report in the Sunday Mirror.

While an official announcement is yet to be made, the website nolineonthehorizon.com has since been registered by Universal Records - the record label to which U2 are signed.

The Mirror also reported that the album will be released on November 14.

Rumoured song titles include:

'For Your Love'

'Love is All We Have Left'

'One Bird'

'Moment of Surrender'

'If I Could Live My Life Again'

'The Cedars of Lebanon'

'No Line On The Horizon'

Meanwhile, a separate article in The Herald on Tuesday (August 12) reported that the band's comeback single is called 'Sexy Boots'.

I guess technically every first single from any band's new album is a comeback single, but that word implies they've been gone and everyone forgot about them, etc.

'Sexy Boots'....i wouldnt rely 100% on that being the title,the Herald isnt the best at information. Its a legitmate newspaper, but they tend to exaggerate some things or get things wrong. But thats just my opinion, im still pumped for anew U2 album. And rocker20, you cant deny that they are one of the most important rock bands since 1980, even if Bono is pretty much a douche.

I've got their studio demo recordings w/different song titles to their singles: Native Son (Vertigo) is probably the most well-known one; The Darkest Night (Until The End Of The World); Turnaround (Who's Gonna Ride Your Wild Horses), Xanax And Wine (Fast Cars). I've worked w/several national acts, and U2 is up there by far. Not only is their music great, but they're great as people too. However, there are supposedly great band out there that have disappointed us. There's a lot of Jekyll and Hydes in this industry. You get to know the real side of bands once you've worked w/them...so Rocker 20 and Shard Heilia, name me some bands you listen to...and let's just hope that I don't disappoint you when I give you the real side of how they are.
