According to Punknews.org, Bad Religion and NOFX will embark on an Australian tour together this fall. Tour dates are below:
09/24 - Metro City - Perth, Australia
09/26 - The Barton Theatre - Adelaide, Australia
09/27 - Palace Theatre - Melbourne, Australia
09/28 - Palace Theatre - Melbourne, Australia
09/30 - Hordern Pavilion - Sydney, Australia
10/02 - Riverstage - Brisbane, Australia
Nofx is supporting their upcoming album, "
Coaster", which is due out next week, while
Bad Religion continues to support their 2007 release "
New Maps Of Hell".
Bad Religion is currently writing for their next record. However, according to bassist Jay Bentley (read story on UG), they may not have a chance to start recording the follow-up to "New Maps Of Hell" anytime soon because of upcoming touring commitments, including this year's Warped Tour. The new Bad Religion album is expected to be released sometime in 2010 to commemorate the 30th anniversary of their formation, which occured in 1980.
