The country’s biggest rock quintet Bamboo returns to its anthemic sound for third album and We Stand Alone Together which carries the first single Tatsulok. Tatsulok harks back to Bamboo’s trademark anthemic rock as it reaches the top of radio charts and impressive album sales. We Stand Alone Together is already certified as Gold album selling more than 15, 000 units after its release in Feb 2007.
As the first single continues to show pure chart dominance and capture people’s attention with its socio-political message, the group is poised to hit the chart again with Probisyana -- another revival from the band AnakBayan—as their second dose which will be released this April. Watch the band perform as they tour malls and record bars to give you more from their latest album.
We Stand Alone Together is Bamboo’s collection of their own rendition to obscure Pinoy rock gems and foreign classics. From the carrier single, "Tatsulok" (originally by Buklod), and Anak Bayan’s "Probinsyana" to Paul Simon’s "50 Ways to Leave a Lover" and Carole King’s "So Far Away", the band admits that this is their hardest project to date.
