Chimaira Announces Hometown Christmas Show

Chimaira is happy to announce their 10th Annual Hometown Christmas Show on December 27 in Cleveland, OH at The House of Blues. Chimaira is currently on tour in the US with their friends in Trivium. After a two week break, Chimaira will be ready to tear Cleveland apart and spread a little Christmas cheer.

Guitarist Rob Arnold commented on the 10th annual Chimaira Christmas show, "It's hard for us to believe that the first time Chimaira played the Cleveland area over the holidays, was ten years ago this Christmas. And the fact that the show became an annual event, drawing metal heads from not only the Cleveland area, but from all over the globe, makes it all the more special. I remember being excited years ago, when fans started showing up from places as far as Texas, and now seeing fans flying in from places like Europe and the UK is to say the least...astonishing. So here we are...our tenth annual Chimaira Christmas show, and we plan to make it special. The production will be the biggest and the best yet, and the set list will span our entire catalogue. Chimaira has exploded onto the Billboard Top 200 charts with the debut of their crushing new album, The Infection. The album landed at #30, with over 15,000 units sold. The Infection is the band’s fifth studio album and the follow up to their acclaimed 2007 release, Resurrection, which debuted at #42 on Billboard.

Ive never been a huge fan of this band, except for their instrumentals, which are godly, but I might see if I can get tickets to this, it sounds sick.
