Orange County punk act D.I. have announced a batch of US tour dates for this summer. This marks the band's first outing since their lead singer Casey Royer (also the ex-drummer/founding member of Social Distortion and The Adolescents) got in trouble last March for O.D.'ing on heroin in front of his 12 year old son.
The band has reportedly been working on a new 7" EP via Suburban Noize Records this summer. This would be the band's first "
official" EP of original material in 28 years (since 1983's "Team Goon"), and the band's first release of any kind since their 2007 full-length album "
On the Western Front".
