Swedish heavy-metal outfit Hammerfall will spend five weeks touring North America early next year behind its forthcoming March release, "No Sacrifice, No Victory."
The stateside trek, which kicks off with a March 5 performance in West Springfield, VA, will make its way from the East Coast to the West, stopping by clubs and theaters in 27 cities across the continent. A handful of Canadian shows are also on the books, including March 10 in Montreal, March 21 in Edmonton and March 23 in Vancouver, among others.
Tickets are available through Nov. 24 via the band's
website, after which they will be sold at traditional ticketing retailers.
"No Sacrifice, No Victory," Hammerfall's seventh studio set, will hit US retailers March 24 on the Nuclear Blast America label. The 11-track album, which includes a cover of The Knack's "My Sharona," follows the Swedish rockers' 2006 album, "Threshold," and marks the first collection of new material to feature the band's two newest members, guitarist Pontus Norgren and bassist Fredrik Larsson.
In 2007, Hammerfall unveiled a best-of collection titled "Steel Meets Steel: Ten Years Of Glory."
