Korn Unveil Family Values Fest Details, Bill Includes Asking Alexandria and Hollywood Undead
Korn have officially revealed details of their returning Family Values festival, confirming the event is set to take place on October 5 at the 1st Bank Center in Denver, Colorado. Apart from nu metal veterans, the show will feature performances from Hollywood Undead, Asking Alexandria, Machine Gun Kelly and Beware of Darkness. The tickets will go on sale this Friday (September 6). Despite the previously announced teaser featuring the likes of Rammstein, Stone Sour and Deftones, it turned out that the clip was a mere celebration of the past Family Values tours. "We wanted to celebrate our new album release in a big way since 'Head' is back and since this record means so much to us," said singer Jonathan Davis (via Billboard). "What better way but to bring back Family Values and the Korn Kage for one big f--kin' special night! Denver became the spot - we figured we needed something cool in the middle of the country, so everyone would have a chance to get there," he concluded. As for the new studio record, "The Paradigm Shift" is scheduled for October 8 release through Caroline Records. The album was previously announced with "Never Never" single, as well as "Love & Meth" track snippet.
