Megadeth And Rob Zombie Announce Co-Headlining Tour

Megadeth and Rob Zombie have announced a co-headlining tour this May. It's the first time the two acts have toured together, according to Hennemusic.com.

The trek begins May 11 in Holmdel, New Jersey, and will include multiple festivals before concluding on May 26 at Rocklahoma. Zombie is headlining Rocklahoma and co-headlining Rock On The Range (with Incubus); he’ll also close all of the other shows.

This is Zombie’s first tour since the summer of 2011, because he’s been busy shooting his latest film. Megadeth will be coming off the traveling festival Gigantour (curated by Dave Mustaine), which wraps up on March 3.

05/24 - Sioux City, IA - Tyson Center
05/25 - Wichita, KS - Hartman Arena
05/26 - Pryor, OK - Rocklahoma

Im like 30 minutes from Scranton so I think that I finally found a concert in my area worth going to since I saw Alice in Chains and Megadeth in 2010.

Seriously considering a road trip to Scranton for this. Zombie & Megadeth put on 2 of the best shows you'll ever see.

I've seen Megadeth twice. First time, they were awesome. Second time, they sucked.

I've definitely seen better shows than Megadeth. Testament is a much better live band.

Ew... why Megadeth. That's like the band least fitting to Rob Zombie. I'd rather see Zombie on his own, or with Alice Cooper like last year!
