Introducing the best up-and-coming bands in alternative rock to concertgoers across the US, the Monster Energy Outbreak Tour: Rock On The Rise In 2011 kicks off February 16th at the Club House in Phoenix, AZ.
Headliners Rev Theory will be hitting the road with support from Pop Evil, Hail The Villain and the Black Cloud Collective.

Rev Theory’s new album Justice hits stores February 15th with leadoff title track single, “Justice.” Drummer Dave Agoglia shared, “We've been off the road for over a year now, and can’t wait to get back on the road again and reconnect with our amazing fans.”
After 200+ shows in 2009 to support their debut album Lipstick in the Mirror, Pop Evil are no strangers to the road and are the perfect fit for the Monster Energy Outbreak Tour.
