Alt-popsters OK Go are set to return home from a month of shows in the UK for a six-week headlining tour in the States.
The band's current single, "Here It Goes Again," is currently the most-played video on both MTV and VH1. And the video has also ridden the No. 1 slot on iTunes' US video-music chart for the past four weeks.
The Chicago band will celebrate its string of recent successes with a free October 7 show in Ann Arbor, MI. The outdoor set will take place at the University of Michigan before that day's football game between Michigan and Michigan State.
Released last August, OK Go's album "Oh No" entered Billboard's Heatseekers chart at No. 1, as did their 2002 self-titled debut. The group recorded the newer set in Malmo, Sweden, with Franz Ferdinand producer Tore Johansson.
