Pearl Jam have announced that they will be headlining the Made In America Music Festival curated by Jay-Z.
Made in America takes place Labor Day Weekend (Saturday, September 1st - Sunday, September 2nd) at Benjamin Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia’s Fairmount Park.
Pearl Jam's exact performance date and time will be announced in the coming weeks; Billboard reports the band will play only one of the two nights.
In addition to Pearl Jam, this 2-day music festival will include performances from fellow artists like
Jay-Z,
Skrillex,
Miike Snow,
Afrojack,
Calvin Harris,
Odd Future,
D'Angelo,
Maybach Music (feat.
Rick Ross,
Wale,
Meek Mill),

In other touring plans this year, Pearl Jam play a European tour from June 20 to July 10, before Eddie Vedder does his own solo trip through Europe in late July. The Made In America festival date comes just weeks before two other September performances by the group – the De Luna Festival in Pensacola, Fl (Sep 21) and the Music Midtown festival in Atlanta on September 22.
