Testament To Support Children Of Bodom In NYC

Veteran San Francisco Bay Area metallers Testament will be direct support for Children Of Bodom on October 9 at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City. Also appearing on the bill are Between The Buried And Me and The Black Dahlia Murder.

Children Of Bodom's fall 2008 U.S. headlining tour will kick off on September 11 in Baltimore, Maryland and criss-cross the country, closing with a bang on October 10 in Worcester, Massachusetts.

Testament â€” currently on the road alongside Judas Priest, Heaven And Hell and MotÃ¶rhead as part of this summer's "Metal Masters" tour â€” is touring in support of its latest studio album, "The Formation of Damnation".

i love children of bodom, but i mean shouldn't testament be like headlining and bodom opening? its a bit odd seeing the lineup like this, its kinda like seeing van halen open for dimmu borgir.

I agree, Testament is one of the original Thrash bands. Opening for Priest, Motorhead, or Sabbath (oops, Heaven and Hell) is one thing... but COB?
