Alt-rockers The Used have lined up a spring headlining tour to support their most recent studio set, last summer's "Artwork."
The four-member group, which hails from Orem, UT, will kick off the outing with a headlining slot at the March 27 Extreme Thing Sports & Music Festival in Las Vegas. The first non-festival appearance on the 17-date trek will follow April 13 in Columbia, MO. Chiodos and Minneapolis-based New Medicine will offer support on the tour, which ends May 2 in Portland, OR.
"
Artwork,"
The Used's fourth studio set and the follow-up to 2007's "
Lies For The Liars," hit stores in August. The record's lead single, "
Blood On My Hands," premiered on Apple's iTunes Music Store the same month, racking up more than 5,000 downloads on the day of its release, according to a press release.
The track - along with two subsequent singles: "Born To Quit" and "Empty With You" - is currently streaming at the group's MySpace page, along with the video for the latter song.
