Tool Reveal More US Dates

More dates are trickling in for Tool's US outing. So far, the band is set to play concerts in Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas from mid- to late March, reports liveDaily.com. An official tour announcement is expected to surface at Tool's website once the trek is finalized.

The rockers are just finishing up the Big Day Out festival tour in Australia, and getting ready to head to Japan for five dates in February.

Tool has been playing all over the world to support its fourth studio album, "10,000 Days," which surfaced in March and debuted at the top of The Billboard 200 album chart.

The new album and tour mark Tool's return after a three-year hiatus following its tour behind 2001's "Lateralus."

Tour dates are below:

03/15-16 - Las Vegas, NV - The Pearl
03/18 - Reno, NV - Reno Events Center
03/20 - San Diego, CA - Cox Arena
03/21 - Tucson, AZ - Tucson Convention Center Arena
03/23 - Albuquerque, NM - Tingley Coliseum
03/24 - El Paso, TX - Don Haskins Center
03/26 - San Antonio, TX - AT&T Center
03/27 - Corpus Christi, TX - American Bank Center

Stadium Arcadium came out like a week or two after 10,000 Days, not a month later. And the Pearl Jam CD came out on the same day. And it is their fourth studio album. Opiate so much wasn't a studio album. And for Slash_015, we really didn't need you to tell us that you hate Tool...as fans of the band, we don't care.

And I haven't heard anything of this CD/DVD, can anyone post a link about that?

Opiate isn't counted as a studio release because it's a 5 song EP and 2 of the songs are live and the recorded songs weren't done 'professionaly.' Or, at least by a record label.

Who cares, RHCP have gone steadily downhill since Blood,Sugar,Sex,Magik, they're nothin more than a pop band now and have been for a while. Also, I don't know if he was just being nice, but in Ireland Maynard said they'd be back again this year, so we might see them again this side of the Atlantic, i hope so, best concert ever!

i have 2 tickets for the memphis(southaven, ms) show on the floor and considering selling if anyone is interested. im pretty sure its already sold out.

i live in atlanta, have been waiting for them to come near here since their lateralus tours in '01/'02 and just got too impatient to wait for them to schedule dates closer to me. im definately going to catch them for at least 3 or 4 shows, but memphis is a bit far.
i saw tool 3 times back then... if youve never seen them and are at least somewhat of a fan, you must attend. it definatley will be one of (if not) the best concerts of your life.
