After rocking it up on Warped Tour all summer, The Transplants pulled the plug on their fall headlining tour, citing exhaustion and illness, reports Aversion.
The act had planned to promote its sophomore release, Haunted Cities with a tour with Pennywise, but all plans have been scrapped. The news came as breakup rumors swirled around the Internet for the punk-rap band.
The band's manager,
Eric Hellman, told MTV News that the Transplants were taking time off because of exhaustion and because singer/gutiarist
Tim Armstrong was ill. Hellman's statement was deliberately vague. No indication of Armstrong's precise condition was made, other than to indicate he's unable to play.
