The All American Rejects have released their latest album "When The World Comes Down" and it's the bands follow up to 2005's "Move Along" which debuted at #6 on The Billboard Top 200 Chart. "When The World Comes Down" which was produced by Maroon 5's Eric Valentine was named by Alternative Press as one of the most anticipated albums of the year. For the recording of "When The World Comes Down," The All American Rejects were able to write a lot of the songs in the studio and work through a lot of arrangements just before recording it to tape, since they weren't constricted by costly studio time like on past albums.
We caught up with

Tyson Ritter of
The All American Rejects to get their thoughts on having more time in the studio during the recording process for "
When The World Comes Down."
"You know, we're not reinventing the wheel. I write about love found, love lost and there's a couple of bigger, broader statements on the record than the last one I think. It's a little bit more...In development wise, I don't want to say we're coming in less prepared, but we're coming in less prepared. We kind of made the songs in the studio more than we have ever before."
The All American Rejects will be taking the holidays off to be with their friends and family. The band does have one show scheduled in America which will be Jan 7th in Miami, Florida. The All American Reject will then start a tour of Europe with dates beginning Jan 27th in Glasgow, GB and extending until Feb 9th in Paris, France. The band also have a brief run of tour dates in Australia and New Zealand for Feb of 2009 as well. Look for The All American Rejects to announce a more extensive run of tour dates for 2009 in the near future.
