Price paid: $ 355.5

Purchased from: Steve's Music Ottawa

Features: It has 22 frets, solid Cedar top, mahogany back, sides, and neck, rosewood fingerboard. No electronics on this model. Very nice features for the price. It is quite solid, the gloss finish on the top has a few very minor dents from me moving it around a lot in a crowded 30 person guitar class (accidents are bound to happen). It has been knocked over once or twice, no damage, so again it's sturdy. // 8

Sound: The sound is very nice, a lot better than what I expected in that price range. It's made of mahogany with a solid spruce top so it's a generally warm, mellow sound. rich natural harmonics, and nice sustain. It suits my folky, rock and blues playing very well. The highs are OK, midranges are great, Bass is also great good for power chords, and some fills during chords. Great for pretty much anything really. Downside is that it is somewhat quiet compared to other guitars. It's good if you sing with the guitar though, it won't drown you out as easily. But other, cheaper guitars in my class are a little louder. Not a huge drawback by any means, but it's still there. // 10

Action, Fit & Finish: Absolutely nothing was wrong with this guitar, everything was set up great. The only thing wrong was my untalented self playing it. // 10

Reliability & Durability: As I said, it's been knocked over once or twice, various bumps in a crowded room (no damage thank god). Very sturdy guitar. This thing should outlive me. // 8

Impression: I play rock, blues, and some folky stuff, and this guitar suits it very well. I'd get the model with the pickups and such if I were going to do gigs, but it's a great guitar for beginners, or anyone really. More experienced people may go for better models by Seagull, or the version with electronics. Fantastic value i'd definatly buy this again if it was stolen or whatever. // 10

Why put an 8 for Reliability if it quote "This thing should outlive me" and " various bumps in a crowded room (no damage ..." I think you must have made a mistake

The review is for a guitar called the M6 Cedar. Solid Spruce top? Me thinks you either gots the wrong guitar or need to learn your wood better (no pun intended)
