Features: The amp itself has good dimensions, easy to carry and transport even in the back of a Geo. It is a bit sluggish when tunred on, needing to be warmed up even prior to a sound check. // 8
Sound: Gives an excellent warm sound to rock and industrial. A little to warm for metal and punk. The amp easily handles the low A. It can give you precise tone for any style of rock or industrial. Let's your bass ring through on the sustain. Throughout using this amp for eight months, it's sound has been great. Giving off wave after wave of clarity and definition. // 9
Reliability & Durability: What can you really say about an Ampeg amp that weighs in at 75 pounds before the addition of the head? The BSE410H can handle being rough-housed with sitting in the back of a truck. Being stood upon, sat on, ridden upon; it takes a beating and wants more. // 9
Impression: I would really liked to have kept this amp. It performed better than any amp that I have come across using the past four years playing bass. I would recommend this amp and the head it came with, for anyone. Though, it is a bit pricey, it can make up for it with durability, sound, and a lasting impression on the bands you may play with. Definately a good buy. // 9
