i own one and its built like a tank but its not good for anything other than practising alone in a small room (10'x10') but anymore than that its pretty much useless and if you even attempt to play it with a drummer you're guarenteed to get drowned out if you want to have any bass and no distortion. I refuse to use the EQ because its just that bad. my bass sounds perfect without useing the EQ on this amp, so i just use the EQ on my effects pedal which is a ME-50B. this amps primary use for me is a speaker stand for my rear left speaker for my computer.

this amp is not that great.i use it for practicing but nothing more than that. I play a squier affinity precision through it and it sounds ok. the amp also makes for a decent footrest.

all the rumble amps have crap for tone. If you want a really good practice amp with good tone, get a peavey Max 110. 20 watts through a 10" speaker, headphone jack, CD line in, this amp is great. Costs $150 new. Of course, if you want a good gig amp, get an Ampeg!!!

CFHguitar :
my friend plays a fender jazz bass through it and it sounds decent but that could be just because its a fender jazz bass and not the amp so w.e
its good for starters and people with a budget

This is an ok amp, not great but ok. It "Rumbles" like it's namesake (not a good thing) when the bass is turned up in a way similar to a car with crappy speakers rattles the car as the bass or drum beat sounds. Therefore the sound is not clear when this happens and it clips but not in a desirable (distorted/overdrive) way.
