It's a big heavy solid state monster, but it sounds great. It has a built in compressor, chorus, and an electronic crossover. Pretty damn good for $100.

This amp is limited to plug and play beginner bass. It has what is really a cut EQ(only controls for High and Low, not even bass and treble).

It's mostly used for praise and worship music, which is something it does very well. It's not typically noisy at all, being designed as a studio amp, but like most amps it's not entirely immune to RF interference. The sound is fairly transparent.
