Ease of Use: The 3 knobs on the top of the pedal are very useful in changing the sound of each effect and customizing it. After you find the sound you like, you can save the settings by holding a button. Very convienent for getting that same awesome effect. Getting the program on your PC to edit the 99 user patches can be difficult and may take some time to learn how to use it but will be very easy after finding out how the first time. Manual explains all features very clearly and I've had no trouble with it so far. The built-in tuner is helpful too incase you need to do a quick tune while your on stage and you don't need to unplug the effect box to plug in the tuner, just hold down the on/off switch. // 8

Sound: I play my Fender Jazz Bass and Yamaha RBX374 through this pedal to my Peavey Basic 112. If your bass is patched through and the effect is turned off, it doesn't add any extra noise but it can increase the valume with the volume knob on the side. All of the 99 preset effects are nice but a lot of the effects sound the same and just have a different name. But a lot of them stand out like the lead bass, auto-wah, and the phazer effects. The 99 user patches can be very fun to work with as you can edit each one individually on your PC to get just the right sound. And you can also create your own. // 9

Reliability & Durability: This thing is solid as a rock. No knobs have broken off yet (surprisingly) and I step on this thing with all my might when I'm in the middle of a jam or show, and it's still going strong with just a few minor scratches on the screen. // 10

Overall Impression: You can use this pedal for any type of music because there is 198 Effects on it. It has your distortion, chorus, flanger, phazer, wah, and every other effect you can think of. If the pedal doesn't have the effect, you can create your own by hooking it up via USB cable. I've been playing for 2 1/2 years and this pedal is one of the best I've come across so far. I would definately get this pedal again if it were lost because of the range of effects it has and you can add to it. I love the fact that you can mix your own effects and add them to the pedal to give your songs your own feel and sound. // 9
