Sound: Using punk style heavy riffing with harmonic solos, AKO are truely unique. The varying styles appeal to a wide range of fans. This EP is by far, their best. // 10

Lyrics and Singing: The lyrics are well thought out and really make you think. They fit very well with the music and it is obvious that both Toby White (lead vocals) and Ben Christodoulou (backing vocals/guitar) are very talented. The lyrics on this EP largely follow a theme of loss and reflect recent events in the life of both Toby and Ben. // 8

Impression: This is one of my most listened to CDs. Though only twenty minutes long I can happily listen to it on repeat. Starlight and Never Wanted this are the two epic stand-out songs while Tread Easy and Transparent are both brilliant songs in their own way. The hidden acoustic track at the end is truely touching and shows that acoustic guitar solos can work. I'd highly recommend this to anyone I know. // 10
