Sound: This band is definetly a band you want to check out. They are amazing. Catch lyrics, awesome basslines, great guitar riffs, and a nice 12 sting acoustic guitar. Boy Hits Car are a Rock/Alternative band but considered "Lovecore" by their fans. The encorporate clean guitars and higher pitched basslines and throw in a 12 string acoustic guitar once in a while. Plus honestly what other lead singer of a band do you know that would do a 70ft stage dive without even hesitating. This is one of those bands that you know are really greatful for their fans // 10

Lyrics and Singing: The lyrics on this album are great. Mostly about love and peace but thrown in with the music it's a perfect match. The singer has the ability to go from soothing clean vocals to a rough scream back to some high pitched clean vocals with no trouble at all. I'd have to say he might be one of the most talented vocalists in music today. // 10

Impression: Compared to the other albums it's still great. I've never heard a bad song from Boy Hits Car. All the songs flow together well and you just can't stop listening to them. Some great songs from this album are "I'm A Cloud," "As I Watch the Sun F--k The Ocean," "Unheard." Basically any song on the album should be mentioned here. I really like the fact that they use clean guitars but then can go right into a heavily distored riff and it stills sounds great. There's nothing bad I can say about this album only because there isn't a bad thing about it. If it were stolen I would find the person that stole it and would hurt them very badly. If it were lost I'd be upset and burn a copy and then listen to that one as I go out to buy the actual album. // 10

Wow, I will say he is exaggerating a bit, but the band is still a great one. I truly would like to know who you think they sound like? Personally I think they have their own niche in music and can be enjoyable to listen to, the band is talented, I just wouldn't say they are the best.

i have been a fan of boyhitscar for ages. i do believe started the whole boy- thing. my respect for the band goes far beyond the music.

they ditched windup records for thier own label and have been releasing music that way ever since. so Radiohead weren't the firt. they toured and giged loads for thier softmore release and they were great on glastonbury, check out youtube.

the stage dive is real too.

i think, for music that was released in the that period, the reviewer is spot on.

Overall rating: 10? I don't think so... Generic vocals, decent scream, and whiney high pitched singing. Greatest vocalist today? Not a chance, its way too generic and the whiney high vocals are horrible. Instrumentals? Not bad, nothing special though. Twelve string guitar sound good? Of course, but when doesn't it? I would appreciate it if a band with a little... no, a lot more talent was featured. Please listen to a bit more music before you write anymore reviews, there are a lot of bands out there that are worth ratings of 10/10, this is not one of them.

This band is quite a different band, Very unique. When I first heard them I wasn't sure about it really, but then I listened more and now I really dig their stuff.

boy hits car is great, not the best, but they are great. I really enjoy listening to them, i think they are pretty unique and over all quite talented.
