Sound: Very tight. This is one of their greatest albums. The first half of the album is love ballads, and the second half is downright funky grooves. The one love ballad that really stands out is Jason Scheff's "King of Might Have Been". "Love Will Come Back" is recorded with Rascal Flats on the vocals, and "Why Can't We" is sung by Shelly Fairchild and Bill Champlin. This album has some of the band's most creative work. It still has the band's signature classical influences, and the last song, "Better", is very reminiscent of something from their Night and Day album. I would highly recommend this album to every Chicago fan out there, as it will not disappoint. // 10

Lyrics and Singing: Though on some of songs the lyrics are kind of shallow, "King of Might Have Been" is a masterpiece. This is Jason Scheff at his very best, in both singing and songwriting. "Already Gone" is a very jazzy, funky song with very smart lyrics and songwriting. It is very chaotic in some parts and very similar to the writing for their Transit Authority album. "Loving Chains" has a very country/rock feel, as it is written by Jay DeMarcus, the lead singer for Rascal Flatts. // 8

Impression: "King Of Might Have Been", "Better", "Already Gone" and "90 Degrees And Freezing" are my personal favorites. This really is one of the best albums they've done, and I couldn't compare it with anything else. It is so fresh and different, which is what I love about it. I would definitely buy it again if it were stolen or lost. // 10
