Sound: For moe. the album is real attempt to attract new listeners with very easy sound. The songs don't have the long jams typical of a moe. Album (the longest song is under seven minutes). Clearly written for that good autumn musical feel that moe.'s studio albums have dominated. Several intesetsing instruments are used outside of moe.'s former sound including stings and some really funky vibraphone and marimba in their percussion section. To an extent the album is more pop then jam but moe. has thrown down some huge jams to these songs live. // 9

Lyrics and Singing: Typical romance and adventure lyrics that take on a fun tone. The reason moe. became a jam band was because they were never confidant with their singing but this album shows amazing progression by them compared to albums like dither in the vocal department. // 8

Impression: This album is great to drive to, sing to, dance to and of course being a moe. album is perfect for tripping. Still it could use a slight amount more of that in your face duel guitar the band has used so successfully before. One thing is for sure and that is that this is a solid album that carries the same feel from the first note to the last cymbal. // 9
