Sound: This album is their most underrated. The sound is Dimebag, man. You can't beat it, his tone alone could take over the world. Powerful is one way to describe it, but that's not enough credit. Phil Anselmo, man. His voice is amazing, clean singing and screaming. Powerful. During Goddamn Electric, when he's screaming "electricccc," it sounds Goddamned Electric. Pantera in itself defines power metal, this CD is power. My favorite song on this is Revolution Is My Name. The intro to that song is awesome. And Dimebag, man. His solos are epic, so full of soul and heart and so mindblowing, mindblowing in amazing and that they explode your head. Plus a guest appearance of Slayer's Kerry King on Goddamn Electric. Sweet. // 10

Lyrics and Singing: The lyrics are just as good as the other CDs, nothing to really stand out though except Goddamned Electric and Revolution Is My Name. Phil can really sing though and he sounds so awesome. And, in true Pantera fashion, everything fits, drums, guitar, bass, and Phils voice. It's all one huge roundhouse kick in the face, and then a few more while you're down. // 9

Impression: Pantera was so origional and so good. They are the lords of power, so damn almighty that its amazing. This is a CD you have to listen to loud as balls. It stands with Pantera's other gems i.e. their whole dicography. Don't underrate this album, buy it. // 10

Sound: In my opinion, Pantera has brought out the best of their unique sounds in this album. Vinnie Paul's drumming was exceptional, nothing could've sounded better from any of their previous albums, smooth sounds from the snare and cymbals. The sounds from the guitar weren't too bad either, perfect overdrive settings were used in tracks 1, 2, 4 and 8. Contour was set perfectly, this gave it a really unique set of riffs during tracks 2, 4 and 8. // 10

Lyrics and Singing: The lyrics were thought out well and presented in a great manor. The mature lyrics really brought out their feelings into their songs. Alot of the songs bring out their anger. Good lyrics for when you've had a bad day. // 8

Impression: It compare's to nothing else they've ever done. It brings out a very smooth sound with a great combination with its lyrics. Some impressive songs would be Goddamn Electric and Uplift. The digital bass sound brought out really sounded excellent. There wasn't really nothing bad about this album at all. Mature lyrics that brought out anger, great backing vocals and drumming, I'd say this was a pretty great album to listen to when you've had a bad day. Excellent music to play to. // 10
