The second disc of Bill Laswell and Buckethead's project Praxis is much less of a band effort and much heavier in tone.

Sound: Praxis's sound, to me is amazing. They have such a diverse repertoire of it which is pretty much all over the place. The effects they use and the way they use them to fit into the whole of it all is really something special not a lot of bands can pull off. That being said, I love what they've done on this album. It can get a little heavy and/or much at times, but overall, they really did a good job expressing their beliefs! it's really different, but it's something worth listening to. // 9

Lyrics and Singing: It's a typical Praxis album, shaping their minds into music. Their aren't many lyrics or barely any at all on this album. It's mostlty instrumental. Every aspect and member of the band, however, all have their own roles in each and every song. The only downfall I can see is that in some of their songs, they do some screamo which resembles a lot to Slipknot. Not that's it's a bad thing, but it's a lot different then what you might be used to, and it could throw you off if your expecting something else. // 7

Impression: Honestly, is exactly what you'd expect from a Praxis/Bill Laswell/Bootsy Collins/Buckethead record. There's some funk, house, rock, scream, shread, blues (at rare times) and definitly lots of crazy unexpected effects going on. If you buy it expecting what they usualy deliver, then IMO you'll love it. Having a huge appreciation for music and beleiving in doing whatever you strongly believe in, well that's exactly what they did. What's more to say, love this album. // 8
