Sound: This demo disc was recorded by Rick Parfitt (of Status Quo) to be released as a 'Solo' album. Sadly, as this is a demo, there has been no editing in its favour, nor have the tracks been as carefuly arranged as they might have been. The musicians perfoming on this album, however, were brilliantly tallented and were also to become memebers of Quo in the following years. // 6
Lyrics and Singing: Some of the lyrics do sound a little bit corny at times but at least they make sense. Most of the lyircs are a big step and a big risk from the classic 'Quo' style but just like everything else, Rick manages to pull it off. Ricks unique style of singing keeps this album alive. Though some might get bored of it after a while, this ones great to sing along to, if you take the time to listen to the lyics. // 7
Impression: It's sad that this remarkable album was never released. Any Quo/Parfitt fan would be hunting down one of these extra-rare copies. But let me tell you now, there are less of these about than there are flying pigs. If you get hold of one, don't let go. Look out for it, it's super rare and a great listen for anyone. // 7
