It's another solid outing from Tiger Army, who find real inspiration among the leather jackets, nether world references, and biting heartbreak that have always defined psychobilly.

Sound: Tiger Army, probibly the greatest American Psychobilly band ever. Where should I even begin with describing their sound. Like most other American Psychobilly bands they mix the agression of Punk Rock/Hardcore, the rhythm of Rockabilly, and lyrics that remind you of something The Misfits would sing. Guitarist, Nick 13, uses a delay pedal with some distortion to produce that "old skool" Psychobilly sound, also Nick's "galloping" strumming gives them a unique sound. Being backed by Geoff Kresge (formerly of AFI) on upright bass and James Meza (taking the place of former drummer Fred Hell) on drums, Tiger Army brings a fist full of "true psychobilly" to the table just like they always have. // 7

Lyrics and Singing: Lyrically, Tiger Army use the old psychobilly tradition of their songs mainly surrounding around death/dying. But they also chage it up a bit and make room for a song about heartache/love. Some lyrics seem at times a bit morbid or goth-like but they are not goth in any way, they are, obviously, psychobilly. But with morbit lyrics of death and love, what is there not to love. // 7

Impression: Probibly the best Pychobilly album along with "Smoke 'Em If You Got'Em" by Reverend Horton Heat. All the song on the album have their own unique sound and style. Nick 13 is one of the few Psychobilly's that can actually sing. It is a must have album I my mind. If you don't have it, get it! If you have it, listen to it now! // 7
