Sound: Whitmore give a much needed breath of fresh air to the Ska-Punk scene with this great album. They have taken the basics of ska-punk and rocked it up and/or slowed it down. Considering that this is a low budget album, they have pulled some fantastic quality sound out of the bag. Also, the speed of the reggae-style clean sounds is awesome. // 8

Lyrics and Singing: Most of the lyrics are about ganja or girls...the same usual things you would expect from a ska-punk band. This is a huge shame as it brings down the albums quality dramatically. The singer has a very unique voice. It ranges from husky tomelodic to a couple of moments of balls-out shouting. // 6

Impression: The first 2 thirds of this album is incredible...for a punk record. It has some terrific riffs and catchy melodies. The best songs are Johnny Bell's Green House, Alison, On The Ceiling and 9Bar Blues. The album is let down by the last few songs as it loses some of its steam, but 9Bar Blues keeps you hanging in there longing for more. In all honesty, I believe in a few years time, this band could well be one of the best punk bands in the World...possibly. // 8
