This guitar suits me very well as I play a lot of metal, visual kei and rock. It has a pretty bright sound but I wouldn't expect warm tones from it.

This guitar is almost a halfway between the NT-II and the FR-II as it has a Floyd like the FR-II but the Duncans like in the NT-II. My overall impression of the guitar is that it is perfect shred machine suited to my every guitaring need.

The neck scale is 24.75", 24 frets, pretty thick neck, but not unconftorable it feels solid and awesome. Like a Les Paul neck but nicer, also it has a sharper cutaway than a Gibson LP to get to those 2 extra frets easier.

It's a 2008 Indonesian guitar. 22 XJ frets on a rosewood board, Abalone Dot inlays with a model name inlay at the 12th fret, no binding, thin you neck, which has enough to do rhythms and chords comfortable, yet not so much that it hinders speed for soloing and 24.75" neck.

Eventually the regular six string gets a bit repetitious but with my seven string I get that one extra string and the new horizons it has opened of for me are amazing. Clean Tones are rich and bright whereas distortion is bang on, full sound and pretty kicka-s. You can get pretty good harmonics and pinches with it with the right patches. A very versatile guitar it sure is.

The clean sound is amazing, the sound is good enough to get a replica sound of let's say Welcome Home's intro with the right settings, effects etc. Although the clean sound tends to be more "bass"-ish, you need to turn up the treble more. The sound is probably the best thing about this guitar.

Great for chuggers, very full bass and the thin neck suits my metalcore/emocore style, but a little tinny in the highs, I never use the single coils, the humbucker does everything I need it to.

Overall this guitar seems to be a great match for my style, which uitlizes a lot of fast arpeggios and solos, downtuning as low as Drop B and C Standard, as well as many clean breaks and low gain solos.

It has 24 XJ frets and a pretty thin maple neck with a rosewood fingerboard, the neck is a set neck so access to the higher frets is easy.

I have chosen this guitar because I wanted to get 7-string guitar with a fixed bridge, 24 frets and active electronics at the price for about $900 and it had met those conditions. For now I use this guitar for about a year and it doesn't looks like I am going to replace it with something else unless it will get broken or lost.
