Features: - Japan, 2001 - 24 Frets - Laminated top - Volume and tone controls - Pickups - H/S/H - Ibanez Quantum Pickups - Body - Basswood with Flame Maple Top. Neck - Rosewood "Wizard IV" Floyd Rose Lo-Pro edge locking trem Came with Ibanez hard case, with all the tools needed this guitar is also a "spot production model" meaning there is only a few in the country, and there will be no more made. // 8

Sound: Although the RG series guitars are made for hard rock music, it can also give out excellent clean tones. I use a Line 6 flextone II amp, which has a very usefull "noise gate" function, which is brilliant with distorted tones. The sound whether on a clean or a cunchy sound is a rich and warm sound, given from the humbuckers. The variety that the sound gives is unlimited, it gives the best crunchy sound ever, and to give extra value to your money it also gives a fantastic clean tone. // 10

Action, Fit & Finish: When I first got the guitar the action was pretty low, which is how i like it, and everything was fine on it. I have not needed to alter anything on it yet. // 10

Reliability & Durability: Although ive only had the guitar a few months, im sure it will last a long time, and im definitley sure it will withstand live playing. The strap buttons are very good, the strap will never ever come off, thanks to the thickness of the buttons. Although I know i can depend on the guitar, strings are quite the opposite, and so if i played live i may need a backup, in case the strings snap, this is because after one string goes, the whole guitar is out of tune, and to replace a string, or even tune it, takes a while, apart from that the guitar is perfect. // 8

Overall Impression: The only thing i disslike about my guitar, is when it comes to replacing strings, with the locking but apart from that its great. // 10
