It has a solid basswood body. It has a rock maple neck and a rosewood fret board (there are twenty two frets). This guitar comes with a single volume control, 2 tone controls, and a five way switch. It also comes with three high output traditional single coil pickups.

The guitar is a Telecaster Custom copy made by Tradition model called JR Standard, the JR being Jerry Reid. For a guitar priced in the 300 dollar range new, it gets an excellent sound. Definitely rates with the MIM Teles.

Everything was set up great right from the store without any flaws. This guitar is great for pinch harmonics although I do wish it had more sustain sometimes.
