Ease of Use: This is a great pedal. It has great sound, you can get leslie emulation but the only thing is that the speed doesn't get as fast as I would like to, so it's almost a leslie emulator. It is very versatile, you have three knobs: speed, depth and regen, what else could you ask for? Very nice phaser! Very easy to use, takes less than a minute to find your favourite spot in the pedal. // 10
Sound: The sound was worth the switch trouble. Thick, rich, smooth, and organic. With a great range from subtle to jittery. Its set pretty low but gets a nie slow thick sweep, subtle enough that it just brings certain parts of a song to life. Makes things a little muddy, but thats better than the MXR Phase 90 or the Boss Ph-3 which makes your signal louder/softer and distorted. It adds alot to solos and it really adds alot to high pitched notes, and make pinch harmonics really scream. // 10
Reliability & Durability: Looks like it will last a while. Very heavy for a pedal. Is a huge volume surge and the highs struggle a bit. Best if used on slow speeds for picking styles. // 10
Impression: Like most DOD stuff, this pedal sounds phenominal, and is half the price of competetors still. If your lookin for a great sounding phaser, the DOD is the right choice. if you are considering dropping big bucks for a phase shifter, give this one a try first. It's a high-impact effect that you're not going to use all the time, but when you need it, there is no substitute. // 10
