Get an adaptor, a multi-effects processor is not meant to be run on batteries...

This effex pedal is not the greatest, but certainly better than the 'user rating' would suggest. For ~$200 it can add several deminsions to your sound. I actually rated it a 9 based on the capabilities for the $. One negative is the "Drive Amp Selection Button" is not foot accessable when in 'Program Mode'.

i got this second hand for £30 without the adaptor so i'm stuk ck using batteries. the same four aa's i put in when i got it are still bein used and i got it 5 months ago, use it frequently at home, only problem is it always says the batteries are low when they're not, so i can never tell
