Sound: The Crowes rocked into then new year and they rocked hard. Chris Robinson was singing very well. He really made sure he was heard although it was hard to understand him at times. The crowes used the basic instruments that you would expect. Electric guitars, drums, bass, and keyboard. However, they did have to female backup singers which really added a nice backing sound for chris. The overall sound was astounding. no techinical problems very well mixed and micd. // 10

Perfomance: The audience was really into the performance. Everyone was rocking out and when new years came around they stoped to concert and showed the ball drop on teh big screen in the garden. They played all the greatest hits like hard to handle, bad luck blue eyes goodbye, remedy, but they also played some sweet Zepplin covers. They played ten years gone and wanton song. My favorite songs they did were bad luck blue eyes goodbye, and ten years gone. The best part about this concert was that for hard to handle, they brought out Trey Anastasio and the North Mississipi All Star Band. IT was quite and kick ass surprise that really got the crowd excited. // 10

Overall Impression: THe show was in New York, New York at Madison Square Garden on December 31st 2005. Trey Anastasio and the north mississippi all star band both had half hour sets to open for the crowes. I loved that they stoped to concert to watch the ball drop and that teh crowes jammed with Trey. There was nothing bad about this concert. I will definatly go to their next gig but it probably wont be for a while. // 10
