Sound: Okay so I gotta give props to the sound guys for the Green Day/Jimmy Eat World set. The sound was amazing but My chemical Romance? All you could hear was deafening bass with the odd shrill vocal styling (if that's what you call it) of the lead guy. // 8
Perfomance: Once again, Green Day's performance and Billie Joe's natural ability to play show pony to the crowd was amazing. However, for any of those who attended the march concert or have purchased the Bullet In The Bible DVD, you will notice the whole show-word for word (I had my friend very annoyingly quoting it before Billie said it) was exactly the same. Now I know they have a lot of concerts to get through, but c'mon they were here for 2 shows, and had only been here once before this year. Fair enough for the British gigs 'cause there were so many. But I know personally, I found it less enjoyable knowing what was coming. Also the crowd was lame. I was in idiot zone, the section allocated for the die hard fans who queed for hours (or pulled their connections for tickets like moi). However, it was definetly the old songs that were played with more energy, despite the fact that 90% of the crowd stood their like stunned mullets especially during the beginning of Knowledge. I think this was mainly because in reaction to the crowds ignorant responsess, the lads felt they needed to up the ante in order to keep them entertained. Ok the fire, personally my face felt like it was melting when the stupid things went off but the fireworks slash confetti were amazing. All over, despite its predictability, the bands performance was top notch, and despite Billie Joe's new found celebrity attitude (I met him shopping in Melbourne and he simply averted his eyes as his bodyguard waved his grimey mitt in my face and exclaimed "Don't even bother" and then I kinda said "Way to say hi" and he stopped and said "I did say hi" was a tad bit gay), Billie steals the show. // 9
Impression: Sydney, Australia and the Sydney Cricket Ground on the 15th of december. My chemical Romance opened (to a luke warm response from the crowd and terrible sound). Jimmy Eat World were then next and if they had've continued and possessed the stage antics of the likes of Green Day for the punters to oggle at, they just may have stolen the show. // 7

Sound: Other than My Chemical Romance being actually good although the bass drum and bass guitar overpowered the vocals and lead they still got the croud going. On the other hand Green Day was great! They had every single song down perfectly and couldn't have been better. Tre was absolutely awesome as with Billie and Mike. // 10
Perfomance: It was weird. When waiting for bands to get ready they played songs. Ok nothing weird with that untill the YMCA came on and out comes a pink bunny. It was hillarious. When Green Day comes out Billie grabs his guitar and opens up with American Idiot. Played perfect throughout the show then Billie says: "Ok were gona make a band." He picked three people out of the croud that swore to god that they could play either bass, electric or drums and then played a Operation Ivy song and they kicked ass. the drummer just walked off stage but the lead got to keep Billie Joe's Gibson Les Paul. The bass got to do a stage dive and messed up and put his feet forwords and kicked a couple guys in the face. They dropped him and the whole croud laughed. Green Day played some of there old and some of there new and the croud went absolutely crazy when they played Minority. That was the first encore. The second was Wake Me Up When September Ends (played perfectly), Boulavard Of Broken Dreams, then Time Of Your Life. It was beautiful. // 10
Impression: Well this was in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada on may 19th (perfect cause I go to miss 2 days of school). My Chemical Romance was the openers. I loved the whole show from begining to end and would definetly pay to see them again. Our tickets though were 105 dollars 'cause we go them from a place in Vancover. There were way too many unforgetable moments in the show to name but I strongly advise you to go see Green Day live (even if you dont' like em) because they were great. // 10
