Green Day generally has a reputation for putting on amazing shows, but this is easily better than the Bullet in a Bible performance.

Sound: First off, this was an amazing show. The guitars and drums sounded fantastic. Billie Joe's voice was spot on, except for the high notes in 21 Guns. Green Day generally has a reputation for putting on amazing shows, but this is easily better than the Bullet in a Bible performance. // 10

Perfomance: They played an awesome set, 01. Song of the Century/21st Century Breakdown: 10/10 02. East Jesus Nowhere: 11/10 (Billie Joe "saves" a child) 03. Know Your Enemy: 9/10 04. Before The Lobotomy: 9.5/10 05. Are We The Waiting: 9/10 06. Boulevard of Broken Dreams: 10/10 07. Holiday: 10/10 08. St. Jimmy: 9.5/10 09. Random Guitar Riffs (Smoke on the Water, Iron Man, Crazy Train) 10. King For a Day: 11/10 11. Shout (Chuck Berry cover): 9.5/10 12. Longview: 11/10 (brought people up on stage to sing) 13. Basket Case: 12/10 14. Brain Stew: 10/10 15. American Eulogy: 10/10 Encores: 01. American Idiot: 9.5/10 02. Jesus of Suburbia: 11/10 (brought a dude up to play guitar) 03. Minority: 10/10 04. Time of Your Life: 1000/10 Like I said before, they brought different people up on the stage. Jesus of Suburbia was even amazing with a young guitarist. Billie Joe said, "Here comes the biggest train wreck in Fargo history," but then remarked it was beautiful. Before the show, with the roadies setting up, Tre Cool came out as a drunk bunny with a whiskey bottle. When the show first started, almost everyone was sitting, but Billie Joe came out yelling, "Hey You! Get Off Your F---ing Asses! This Is A F---ing Punk Rock Concert, So Get Off Your F---ing Ass!" Everyone was too scared of him to sit down the rest of the concert. All 5' 7" of him is a scary f---er. // 10

Overall Impression: The show at Fargo on July 10 will go down as one of the best concerts in Fargodome history. Early on, The Bravery threatened to steal Green Day's thunder. The tickets were $20 dollars or $22.50. I will definitely go to the next gig. It had an amazing effect on a 13-year-old boy like myself. Green Day, if any of you are reading this, haul your asses back to Fargo the next tour. // 10
