Sound: Lynyrd Skynyrd was amazing in terms of sound although there was a couple of moments you could not understand them they made due with what they had. They had three Guitarists 2 with Les Pauls (one changed out between a Fender Hot Rod) and 1 with a Strat, one drummer and an amazing pianist. Ronnie Van Zandt is very a talented singer. The Allman Bros. were absolutley amazing in sound quality. They had two guitarists (Warren Haynes and Elisha Blue Allmsn), two drums and one organ. Gregg allman and Warren Haynes are absolutley breathtaking singers. // 10

Perfomance: Me and the rest of the audience were very into the performances and the bands fed off the energy. While the Allman Bros. played pretty much just a jam Skynyrd playd a set format. 01. Red White And Blue 02. Won't You Sign A Contract 03. Whats Your Name 04. Sweet Home Dallas Texas (Sweet Home Alabama with altered lyrics) 05. Three Steps 06. Freebird Every song was head over heels above par words can't describe how good they were. // 10

Overall Impression: The show was in Dallas Texas' Smirnoff music center 10/8/04. A band named Voodoo Blue was the opening act. One thing stands out in my mind about the show and that was Elisha Blue. This oy is absolutley breathtaking in his technical guitar playing the man can play amazing solos without a single pedal all his does is tweak his pot and takes you away to a world of 60s psycodelia. There were very few things I didnt like about the show but none of them were with the bands they were problems with the venue. The acoustics in Smirnoff are terrible and unless your on the lawn you cant understand lyrics. There were alot of pot being smoked and tons of hot chicks Who decided they didnt like their bras and shirts! Tickets were in the range of $20-50 and were definetly worth it and if they ever come back ill be the first at the ticketmaster outlet. // 10
