Sound: There are only two words for the lead singer of New Found, and that's fu--ing awesome! He can sing live, unlike other singers from bands. The sound quality was perfect; everything was at the same level and the vocal's were crystal clear! They used selections of Gibson Les Pauls, Fenders and Pearl drums (I think). There was a support keyboard player aswell. Sound was five stars. // 10
Perfomance: New Found Glory are such an intimate band. They tell you to run in circles, they stand on the rail and let the crowd touch them, and countless times Jordan held the mike to the crowd to sing the words. They're also funny: "Let's all go backstage and make love with each other" defintley got the girls screaming. The played around 16 songs including: Head On Collision, My Friends Over You (the finisher), Failiure's Not Flattering (the opener), Hit Or Miss, and The Great Houdini. As soon as they started the keyboard in Failiure's not Falttering, people starting falling over and getting minced. People were passing out and stuff, it was wierd. I managed to crowd surf 3 times and touch the bass guitarists (Fat Ian's) leg. There was lots of nude girls. // 10
Impression: Liverpool UK, Carling acendemy, 14th february. The opening bands were The Explosion (awesome) and Hot Water Music. I loved the pit, was very good. Tickets cost £15. The best part of the show was crowd surfing. I will defintley go there next gig. // 10
