Sound: After news that Limp Bizkit canceled their tour dates in the UAE, The Rasmus were left to entertain the crowd with a changed set list for their Desert Rock Tour. The concert flowed smoothly as they played 'In the Shadows' and 'Guilty', then playing some of their old hits such as 'Everyday' and 'Chill'. The singing was awesome, as every note was hit correctly, along with killer riffs and drum fills which would have shocked the most professional drummers. // 10
Perfomance: Much of the audience backed out, after hearing that limp Bizkit wouldnt show up, but the few thousand that came had an amazing time. Every song played by the Rasmus, had an ever lasting effect on the audience, as people are still talking about the concert. // 10
Impression: Dubai, UAE: April 1st, 2004 - Desert Rock Tour.
The tickets sold for around $30 (100 dhs), and was worth every penny. A local band opened for The Rasmus, but left stage with the crowd chanting 'Rasmus', which said quite a bit for the quality of their performance. If I were to say anything to anyone, it would be to go see their next performance, as they are true live performers. The performance of each and every one of their songs even sounded better than some of their studio recorded songs which was probably the greatest shock to me. The Rasmus truly rock! // 10
