The mosh pit was jumping the whole night, and being a hot summer night everyone was sweating and having a hell of a good time, especially the band.

Sound: First off I will say that The Living End would have to be one of the best live bands I have ever seen. In the "All States Of Emergency Tour" they travelled and played in all the regional areas of Australia. Chris Cheney's vocals were spot on all night, and playing his usual White Falcon he played every single note correctly and his solo's were amazing. Scott Owen played his normal Double Bass, it still amazes me how he can play so quickly. Andy Strachan was on drums, and he worked hard all night, a downfall was no drum solo. The sound was perfect and the atmosphere was electric. // 9

Perfomance: The mosh pit was jumping the whole night, and being a hot summer night everyone was sweating and having a hell of a good time, especially the band. They opened with Til The End, a fast song. They went through some of their new songs then came on and played some of the older songs like Roll On, Prisoner Of Society, Second Solution, All Torn Down and Save The Day. For the encore they played West End Riot, an amazingly fast song and they stretched it out for about 10 minutes with the crowd enjoying every last minute. // 10

Overall Impression: It was at Luna Park, Sydney on the 12th October during the All States Of Emergency tour. Red Riders came out first, great young talent and a good band. End of Fashion also opened but were dissapointing in the vocal point of view. It was $42 Australian, and I would have paid three times as much for how good of a show Living End put on. About halfway through they played "Waltzing Matilda" and everyone sang along and it was just great. I will be first in line for tickets to their next show and I would advise you to see them too, even if you haven't heard much of them because seeing them Live will turn you into a fan for life. // 10
