Sound: Tom Petty was good, he's getting pretty old and when you look on the big screens you can see how old he looks. They had three guitarists, one drummer, and one pianist, and one of the guitarists played harmonica too. And everyone did a little singing. Unlike newer bands today they sounded pretty much the same live as they do on the CDs. // 8
Perfomance: They were kinda boring compared to the other concerts I've been to. And the power went out twice, cause it was storming so bad. They didn't play all the songs from the greatest hits CDs. They played Mary Jane's Last Dance and the crowd went crazy. They didn't play Into The Great Wide Open, which is a persoal favorite of mine. They had some pretty awesome lights but when the power wnet out the lights got jacked up. // 6
Impression: It was in Indianapolis, Indiana, at the Verizon wireless music center. The tour is calle USA tour 2005. The Black Crows played first. I loved how it sounded good, but that also made it kinda boring. And it fucking rained so god damn much. I don't know how much they cost but it was worth it. I'll never forget how much it rained, this guy was like would anyone care to swim with me preferably a female. I probably wouldnt go to another of their shows. // 8
