Sound: This is an aggressive high output stacked pup that sounds similar to the Jazz humbucker but the Fury also has the Strat squeel. It is the best single coil sized pickup that I have tried. It sounds just like a Strat pup when playing chords or rhythm but as soon as you start shred and bend the strings this pup comes to life hitting clear notes no matter how fast you play. // 10

Reliability & Durability: I wired this pup myself so I know that the wiring wont let this pup down however I have a chrome cover on mine which leaves the underside bobbin exposed in the cavity. This may become a problem until someone makes after market covers for them but the stock covers do protect the wire quite well. // 7

Overall Impression: I love the sound of this pup and I do use it more than the jazz model so that should give you all an idea as to how good this pup is. I have the bridge pup in the middle position in an old discontinued model Vintage axe wraith and it goes brilliant with the JB in the bridge and jazz in the neck. // 10
